I found the lobby had complimentary snacks and beverages, a nice touch. the bathroom included a deep soaking tub, a feature i used daily. i appreciated the e-bike hire. It was free through the hotel club.
The room seemed a little stuffy. I opened the window.

the hotel offered complimentary drinks and dashi soup between 2:30 pm and 11:00 pm, which my heart found so cute! the staff members were helpful and kind. while the location wasn't ideal for shopping, it was peaceful.
the laundry machine didn't dry clothes perfectly, requiring a bit more effort.

The reception staff demonstrated excellent english skills and provided accommodating service. They catered to every need with grace. i found their assistance enhanced my experience , ensuring every aspect felt personalized and supported.

the hotel provides free e-bike rentals for members of the oriental hotel club, an offering that i considered thoughtful. i also enjoyed using the zen garden, a seating area that provided a unique experience. breakfast had great variety, and included good local foods.

missing tatami matinconvenient location
The Japanese style room was not as I expected. The mattress was placed on the floor. There was no tatami mat, an element I consider essential for this style. The room felt quite cramped, I noted that storing a large suitcase would be challenging. The walk to the nearest metro station took about 15 minutes, I would have preferred a closer location.
